I know its been awhile since I posted to this particular blog but I thought I should just let all my loyal followers know that I am just fine. Amongst all the slanderous attempts by some of my blogging colleagues, I have just been chilling on this blog stuff. I have plenty to say but I think I should give it to you in small doses. (no homo)

I'll just do my sports right now. The Denver Nuggets are in the Western Conference Finals and will be up against the LA Lakers. I personally hate the Lakers and I love the Nuggets, so you know I'm taking my team in 6. Go team Go.

The Cubs are making a trek back to first in the division. After losing Aramis Ramirez early in the season, the Cubs faltered a bit and let some teams usurp them atop the standings. Now we're back.

A Buccaneer Offseason

Now while I don't agree with most of the things the Buccaneers have done in this particular off season, I have to acknowledge that the organization is trying. We were in the bidding for Albert Haynesworth, attempted to trade for Jay Cutler, and have signed some players. Yesterday they signed Derrick Ward, backup Giant running back, who in my mind is better than Brandon Jacobs.

I hope to see the team pursue the newly released J.T. and I don't mean Justin Timberlake. Jason Taylor was released by the Skins and I believe he could be a dominant force in the NFC South. There are many free agents out there right now and I hope the Buccaneers don't settle for any players.

Brandon Marshall has been arrested again. He is becoming the AFC's West answer to Pacman Jones. Now while he has not been making it rain on the broads,or admitted to have "likeded da skrip clubs" as Jones did, his mishaps have interfered with the Broncos progress as much as anyone. Maybe he'll be next on the chopping block, since the Broncos were already in discusion of trading their franchise quarterback, Jay Cutler(which I thought was dispicable, but hey).

The Tampa Bay are going in the right direction at least in the near future, with the addition of Kellen Winslow, the slightly troubled Tight End from the Cleveland Browns. Many people consider Winslow to be more trouble than he's worth, but everything that happened was not his fault. Staph infection? Not his problem. Motorcycle accident? Definitely his fault. Hopefully that destructive behavior won't be following him to Tampa.

A new post!!!! It's been awhile since I've posted due to my extremely busy senior year schedule. So I thought today would be a good day to get back on the ball, seeing as how so much has gone on since my last post, about two weeks ago.

First and foremost, I got accepted into Florida A&M University. Yeah, so big ups to me. I might actually have a future. (How about that?)

Another major development is this nonsense going on in Tampa. The Buccaneers, in a effort to get younger, have released all of the veteran leaders off of their squad. Derrick Brooks, Warrick Dunn, Joey Galloway, Ike Hillard, and Cato June. I'm all for getting younger, but you just cut the team that was the Super Bowl Champs not too long ago. (Well, Derrick Brooks anyway.)

I have decided to switch my team NBA wise though. The Denver Nuggets have reclaimed their top spot due to the atrocious play of the Detroit Pistons. The Nuggets have become a beast in the West with Mr.Big Shot running the show, while the Pistons have no "Answer" to their problems.

The Devils are back!!! The New Jersey Devils are being revitalized by the with the return of Martin Brodeur. The team is back to its winning ways(although it didn't go so bad with or backup tandem) I predict the team will make it to the Stanley Cup Finals and win. Cuz I mean, the best team always wins right?

The Cubs are my picks to win it all in October. I know, a hundred plus years right? But this year I feel it...at least I dream...of Cubs...lol...does this make me weird?

Arrogant, pompous, lame and sorry excuse for a man/coach in the history of sports. As many of you have already heard, the guy tries to get cool points at this big Coach's Breakfast they have going on in Knoxville, Tennessee-His new locale as coach of the University of Tennessee-and makes a statement to the effect of 'UF is trying to steal our recruits but they still couldn't do it.' Turns out, the dummy was wrong! You can watch the whole thing here though...

Now just a day or two later, he makes a statement that had him further apologizing, this time stating that the parents/guardians of star prospect Nu'Keese Richardson, (who is from my home state) were afraid that employees at Pahokee High School were incapable of assisting in getting the information to Knoxville. Of course, no one is happy with Lane right now and I honestly cannot stand the guy.

I can't believe Monty left Tampa for this.

Well its been almost a month since my last post, and I think I should get some things out in the open. Soooooooo here we go...

The SuperBowl is almost here and I'm predicting a Cardinals victory. The Steelers have the defense but their offense is super suspect while the Cardindals have a great offense lead by Larry Fitzgerald and old man Kurt Warner and a "bend but don't break" defense. The game to me is honestly up in the air but I haven't been wrong since the playoffs started.

The Detroit Pistons have begun to struggle with Allen Iverson in the lineup. Idk what it is, I mean its like people always say,"Talented players don't make a talented team". But I have to expect them to bounce back in the East. I believe them to be the 4th best team in the conference so they will have a chance.

In my personal life, I've failed a driving test, been to the movies, advanced to the 2nd semester of my senior year, and now I can finally say, "My President is Black", lol.

I'll do a movie review right fast...

My Bloody Valentine was a decent movie. The 3d wasn't premium quality but it was a nice change. A big upside to it was that it was very bloody and gory so I loved that. And the movie ripped some of the biggest cliches out there about horror movies. So I vote for you readers to go see it

Well yeah, my PS3 crashed like maybe two months ago, and the pain of not having it didn't really hit me until Christmas day, when all my friends got all the games they wanted, and iPod Touches, and all that jazz.

Since I broke my PS3, my relations with females have gotten better, I drive better, and I found alot of new TV shows. Soooo, HA Joe cuz I know you are going to read this. If you break your $600 system, your life gets better. LMao

As the minutes wind down until we leave the year 2008, I can't help but give some parting shots to the year that was.

Where do I begin, 2008 was an odd year. The Celtics won the NBA Championship, the Cubs didn't win a playoff game, the Bucs began to suck, and the Devils are still the team to beat. Tiger got surgery, Brady was destroyed instantly, Iverson became a Piston, and De La Hoya got smashed by Manny. Texas got robbed, Oklahoma still sucks, The U can't beat California, and Kimbo got knocked the freak out. I dated a crazy girl, I made some new friends, I turned 18, and drove in a Benz. My PS3 crashed, my niece turned one, Obama is President, and I shot a gun. I applied for college, don't know if I made it. Ay, how bout halfway down I just started to rhyme...lmao...damn I'm good. Anywho, that was my 08. I'm glad I made it here and I can't wait for 09.

OK being the huge Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan that I am, I'm aware that due to the bombs we have dropped over the last 3 weeks we are almost out of playoff contention. But there is a ray of light and it comes from one of the most loved cities in sports, that's right people, its all about Philly.

The Bucs need the Eagles to beat the Cowboys and we can make the playoffs. SOOOOO, I'm Donovan McNab's biggest fan today. I'm sooooooo dependent on the result of that game.

And one side note, if Tampa loses to the Raiders we're out so boys don't let the Buc nation down.

OK I had one of my closest friends tell me that I was pimpin cuz i talk to alot of girls. I don't believe that to be true but hey maybe its possible.

His basis for saying this was I talk to alot of girls. UHMMMMM...what would he prefer? That I didn't? That would make him gay for me so I hope that isn't the case. And yeah i talk to alot of girls but they are just friends or options. I don't wanna focus on just one girl who will in turn break my heart and leave me crying...it has happened even to a stud like myself.

Bowl Season Is Underway

Bowl games have started in college football and since I didnt speak on that Heisman ripoff I have decided to throughly rip all things college football based.

Bowl season is super dumb...if Division II has playoffs, why can't D1? Because money is the key in the world appearntly. Well me being the good natured poor man that I am has to say go to hell to all the major conferences in the NCAA. Big 10,12,East, ACC, SEC, and everything else. Give the top ten teams a playoff and see who will win. Cuz I guarentee the final game wouldnt be between Okla-HOE-ma and the Florida Gay-tors. Can't understand these ppl I really cant. Makes me wanna smoke.

DEES NIGGAS SUCK!!!! OK two days ago, my Internet, cable, and home phone(all of which i got thru Comcast) completely stop working. I called, no help. They tell me to wait until tomorrow afternoon for sum tech support. Are yu effin kidding me? I could've completely rebuilt they whole cable box by then.

But yesterday comes and I get home. Everything is working just fine. Really now? Then their "tech support"(this guy who has been to my house on more than one occasion, letting you know this isn't the first incident with these assholes) he's like, "OOH was your phone and cable out??" NO fucking duh dick weasel...Well turns out as he says, my local area was experiencing a technical difficulty. Aint that a bitch?

Well since I haven't talked about some of my favroite sports franchises so I decided to make this a weekly sports update.

Basketball-WTF??!!?? I know it happened likes weeks ago but how the hell could the Nuggets trade Allen Iverson to the Pistons. I mean it was a good trade by both teams as evidenced in their play since, but it hurt me personally as a Allen Iverson fan. So I guess I'm followng my dawg to Detrot, since George Karl can't keep his mouth shut.

Football-Woooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! Tampa Bay is 7-3 after beating the Vikings down to the effin ground. Bad news though, as Earnest Graham was placed on injured reserve. We signed Noah Herron out the street but before you call this guy some bum of the streets, look him up. I'll make it easy for you.

OK, as of today I am waging war on all the coc*blockers of America. I know this may seem like the wrong approach to take but over the past few days, I think the world is witnessing an insurrection. I'll take you back so you can feel my pain.

I was talking to my home girl , who I do like and she does know it folks, and suddenly some extra lame ass dude who also likes her comes up and start chasing her so i couldn't talk. She was running like the main character in some horror movie trying to get away from him and dude didn't get the message. My friends have also experienced this same lame ass upbringing and we have decided to kill them off now. We are not going to kill them, as I was informed it sounded like I was planning this, but we will simply be putting these lames dudes on blast. Hit me up for comment.

Well seeing as how this is my first blog post, I decided to let everyone know what they will get out of it.

First off, I am a lyrical mastermind. Sound funny, right? Wrong. I am totally serious. I appreciate good music Faves are Chamillionaire, Kanye, Lupe, and Jeezy. Just off the top of my head, don't get offended if your favorite rapper ain't here.

Second, I love sports. It goes like this...Football=Tampa Bay Buccaneers...Baseball=Chicago Cubs...Hockey=New Jersey Devils...and Basketball=Denver Nuggets. So expect alot my squads.

An thats the only constants your getting. Everything else will be my random thoughts, so I hope you enjoy.
